Return Policy

Due to the nature of this item and the “white glove” delivery service we provide, generally speaking, we do not allow for returns.

One exception would be an obvious leak (evident water entry) that is clearly existing prior to delivery. All of our containers are, at least, wind and watertight (WWT), with the majority being of higher grades (such as cargo-worthy, IICL, or 1-trip new). If there was somehow a clear oversight that led to a defective container being delivered, we will honor a 30-day return window, in that case.

Our driver will be required to obtain a signature for receipt of each shipping container, which indicates that the container has been inspected by each customer and that no unexpected damage has occurred during the delivery. So a signature serves as a final acceptable and no return is possible, except on a case-by-case basis (as noted above).

That said, we do go to great lengths to make our customers extremely happy (just check our many reviews on Google and Trustpilot) and know that we encourage any customer to contact us with any concerns. As far as exchanges, we have been known to swap containers in rare cases and also to resell (or buyback) containers occasionally.

Our basic policy is: “It never hurts to ask!”
